Dr Sarah Quais PT has done her specialization in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy in 2015. She has been extensively involved in rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Her focus is on patient education and on self-management of chronic disorders. She believes physical disorders are many a times associated with a lot more identifiable triggers like stress, poor nutrition, inactivity, lack of sleep etc which can affect pain-response.
